Description
The award-winning English-language media outlet, the Kyiv Independent, launched its War Crimes Investigations Unit (WCIU), which produces investigative documentaries about Russia's war crimes, on April 27, 2023. The Kyiv Independent's WCIU has been recognized for its groundbreaking work in investigative journalism and human rights advocacy. The documentaries have received prestigious awards and nominations, including Global Media Award by INMA in the “Best New Video Product or Feature”.
